Becoming plant and going back to one’s nature to connect with our true identity. This is the main idea leading Meital Katz-Minerbo’s projects.

In her collaboration wit Italian\Moldavian  

Fashion designer Dima Leu the idea of “becoming” appears in a concrete way. Specific forms and their traditional function are questioned when stressing concepts of gender in the search of true selfness. Katz-Minerbo created six head pieces resembling an organic and floral realm. Made with a combination of naturally dyed and synthetic fabrics the pieces are worn like attributes that magically liberate the subject from dichotomic classification showing a more diverse approach to ways of identification through Botany and Plants.
